1. Order Processing Time
Every product is produced on‑demand. A production lead‑time of 3–4 business days applies before your goods leave our warehouse.
2. Shipping Time & Cost

3. Tracking Information

4. Shipping Fee
A flat‑rate standard delivery charge of $6.99 applies for all shipping destinations.
Should shipments get returned because of incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses, customers will bear the extra expense for resending items.
5. APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We support deliveries going to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery duration could extend up to 25 business days and you might need to collect parcels from your local post facility.
6. Customs & Import Duties
Item selling prices exclude customs fees and import taxes. Where applicable, such extra charges shall be covered by buyers, as customs regulations differ across territories.
When buyers refuse parcel delivery and goods are shipped back to us, refunds will be processed after subtracting the original delivery expense.
7. Restricted Shipping Locations
We are unable to deliver goods to the locations listed below due to local regulatory limitations:
Bolivia, Cameroon, Caribbean, Curaçao, Baumholder, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guinea‑Bissau, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montenegro, Niue, American Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Saint Martin, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Libya, Syria, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Yemen, Saipan, Saint‑Pierre and Miquelon.
8. Missing Package Claim
Please reach out to our support team within 6 months after shipment date if your package never arrives. Claims submitted past this time window may get rejected.
